What I like most is that Teresa continually keeps you informed about the many processes and can explain all the details clearly so that I could understand it. She was also on top of all the deadlines and pushed aggressively to be ahead of schedule. If anything is even slightly off schedule with the lender she will let you know with full disclosure and always had a solution. I truly felt that she was always working hard for me.
