This is a recommendation for Teresa Vo. I worked with her on a short sale for a mutual client, Wanda. Teresa was very pleasant to work with. Completing short sales can be very time consuming and can take quite a long time to close. Teresa was very patient, yet she was also working diligently for the customer. There were many issues that arose during the short sale process, and she continued to be pleasant and patient. I believe it is because of her strong work ethic that this short sale was closed.
